KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Produce month-end, quarterly and year-end financial reports – P&L, Balance sheet, Cash flow statement and other reports in collaboration with accountants and external service providers;
• Structure, maintain and monitor business data regarding contract performance (suppliers, clients, intercompany agreements);
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable and monitor transactions;
• Oversee billing process and enforce collection;
• Oversee payment process, prepare cash flows and monitor liquidity;
• Participate in preparation of budgets, forecast and strategic business planning;
• Analyse actual vs budget;
• Track KPIs and other business performance data, including sales data;
• Design and preparation of various regular reports and reports on request;
• Participate in process optimisations and data automation projects.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING EVERY DAY
• Monitor transactions of group companies;
• Analyse business data and structure business reports;
• Prepare regular reports as necessary and other reports on request;
• Monitor budget and forecasts vs historical data;
• Close cooperation with accounting team and service providers in the country and abroad;
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing Technology teams and functional heads in respect of daily business transaction and performance.

OUR EXPECTATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related studies;
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role;
• Deep knowledge of IFRS and experience with preparation of financial statements
and consolidation;
• Profound knowledge of Excel;
• Experience with ERP systems, accounting software or financial reporting tools;
• Experience in international environment;
• Highly organized with attention to detail;
• Experience in SaaS or ecommerce would be an advantage;
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent organizational and time management skills;
• Team player – a person whom their colleagues could rely on, respectful, and communicative;
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal);
• The most successful candidate will be a quick learner.
